FRUIT SHEWERS

From 6 to 8 pieces

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE

Huichol sauce with lemon to taste.
3 large ripe mangoes.

1 large jicama.

2 cups of medium strawberries.

12 long skewer sticks.

Wash and disinfect all the fruit.
Peel and cut into 2 cm cubes the mangoes and the jicama.
Remove the green stem from the strawberries.
Assemble the skewers interspersing each of the fruits to fill ¾ parts of the sticks skewer.
Serve and accompany with Huichol Sauce with lemon.
