AVOCADO FRESH COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

50ml Huichol Habanero Sauce
3 large avocado pieces.

The juice of 4 freshly squeezed lemons.

2 medium cucumbers.

2 pcs of tomato.

1 cup of cilantro / corandier.

1/2 purple onion.

3/4 cup tomato juice.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the avocado into cubes of approx. 1cm and add the lemon juice.
Wash, peel, remove the seeds and cut the cucumbers cubed smaller than avocado.
Wash and chop the tomatoes into cubes of the same cucumber size.
Wash, disinfect and roughly chop the cilantro.
Wash and finely chop the onion.
Carefully mix all the ingredients adding the Huichol Habanero Sauce, the salt, pepper and tomato juice, check itching, you can add more Huichol Habanero Sauce if you prefer.
Serve immediately accompanied by Mexican Tostadas.
