CUCUMBER WATER

Makes 4 to 6 glasses

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE

Huichol sauce with lemon to taste.
2 medium cucumbers peeled, without seeds and cut into pieces.

The juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons.

3 cups of water.

1/4 cup of sugar.

1/4 cup mint leaves.

Ice to serve.

Put the cucumbers in the blender, the juice of lemon, sugar and mint, blend well.
With the help of a strainer, strain the water to remove all seeds and sediment extract as much liquid as possible.
Serve in a jar and put in the refrigerator for least 1 hour.
Wet the edges with Huichol Sauce with Lemon of each glass.
Put ice in each glass and serve. decorate with mint leaves.
